Privacy Policy

EpochCore for Claude is operated by EpochCore, LLC ("EpochCore", "we", "us"). It is a custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that gives Claude a toolbelt of provenance, security, and creator tools. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account & billing. When you subscribe, your email and a Stripe customer/subscription identifier are created through Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles payment data.
• Service credentials. The API key we issue you and your tenant identifier, stored in Cloudflare Workers KV so the connector can authenticate you.
• Usage metadata. Per-call records — tool name, timestamp, and tenant id — used for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and provenance/audit. We do not store the content of your prompts or files beyond what a tool call needs to run. Provenance seals record cryptographic hashes and signatures, not your raw content, unless you explicitly choose to seal an artifact.

How we use it

• Operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Process payments and meter usage against your plan.
• Respond to support requests and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of sub-processors to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, compute, and storage (Workers, KV, R2) at the edge.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

• Your API key remains active until you cancel; cancellation deactivates it.
• The short-lived checkout-session record used to deliver your key expires after one hour.
• Usage metadata is retained for operational and audit purposes.

Security

API keys are held server-side; data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Provenance is built on post-quantum digital signatures so sealed artifacts can be independently verified.

Your choices & rights

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data by emailing gateway@epochcoreqcs.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access ends at the close of the billing period.

Cookies

This marketing site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Claude and Cloudflare may set operational cookies necessary to run their services.

Children

EpochCore for Claude is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
