Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EpochCore for Claude (the "Service"), operated by EpochCore, LLC ("EpochCore", "we", "us"). By connecting to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

EpochCore for Claude is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that exposes provenance, security, and creator tools to Claude. The set of available tools may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts & keys

Paid plans issue you an API key. Keep it secret — you are responsible for activity that occurs under your key. Notify us promptly if you believe it has been compromised, and we will rotate it.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans: Free (read-only tools), Pro $12/month, and Team $29 per seat / month. Enterprise is by agreement.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period, after which your key is deactivated.
• We may change prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

4. Refunds

If the Service isn't right for you, email gateway@epochcoreqcs.com within 14 days of a charge and we will issue a refund for that charge.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use provenance seals to misrepresent authorship, forge records, or otherwise deceive.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, circumvent the security of, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

6. Intellectual property

EpochCore owns the Service, its tools, and its brand. You retain ownership of your own content and the outputs you generate, including seal and verification artifacts, which are yours to use.

7. Provenance disclaimer

Provenance seals cryptographically attest to the integrity and origin of what was submitted at the time of sealing. They are technical assurances — not legal, financial, or professional advice, and not a guarantee of the truthfulness of any content.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpochCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we will revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes take effect when posted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EpochCore, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
